Chedi Hospitality Appoints Milos Nedovic as Chief Asset & Investment Officer

Chedi Hospitality has announced the appointment of Milos Nedovic as Chief Asset & Investment Officer, further strengthening its leadership team as the company accelerates growth and expands its investment and asset management capabilities.

In his new role, Nedovic will lead investment strategy and asset management across the company’s growing portfolio, with a focus on driving financial performance, sustainable growth, and long-term value creation. His appointment supports Chedi Hospitality’s continued evolution into a fully integrated hospitality solutions platform.

Nedovic brings more than 15 years of experience in finance and asset management within the luxury hospitality sector. He has extensive expertise in financial governance, investment oversight, and operational performance across international markets, with experience spanning both operating and pre-opening environments across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Prior to joining Chedi Hospitality, he held finance leadership roles with Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Rikas Hospitality Group, where he played a key role in strengthening financial structures and supporting business expansion.

In his new position, Nedovic will oversee capital allocation and revenue optimisation across managed properties, while identifying strategic investment opportunities for owners, investors, and development partners. He will also lead the expansion of the company’s asset management services, enhancing performance across third-party properties and maximising returns.

Additionally, he will support the integration of emerging technologies aimed at improving operational efficiency and elevating guest experiences, contributing to innovation across the portfolio.
