Accor Partnership with H World Group to Broaden Hotel Access and Member Benefits

Accor and H World Group have announced the next phase of their long-term strategic partnership, aimed at expanding direct booking options and selected loyalty benefits for members across China, Europe and the Middle East.

The agreement builds on more than a decade of collaboration between the two hotel groups and is designed to provide travellers with access to a wider range of hotels through their respective direct booking platforms. It also creates opportunities for both companies to strengthen their loyalty programmes while continuing to operate them independently.

H World Group’s H Rewards programme has more than 310 million members, while Accor’s ALL loyalty programme has nearly 120 million members worldwide. Together, the two programmes represent around 430 million members and almost two million hotel rooms across their combined networks.

The partnership will be introduced in phases throughout 2026.

Under the agreement, H World International hotels in Europe and the Middle East will gradually become available to ALL Accor members through Accor’s direct booking platforms. At the same time, more of Accor’s premium and luxury hotels in mainland China will be accessible to H Rewards members through H World’s direct channels.

Members of both loyalty programmes will also be able to access selected status recognition, member rates, hotel benefits and earn points when booking participating partner hotels through their respective direct platforms.

Both companies said they plan to expand the number of participating hotels and the range of available member benefits as the partnership develops, offering travellers more booking options and improved connectivity across key international markets.
