ITB Berlin 2027 Launches ‘Travel & Tourism in Motion’

ITB Berlin Campaign Highlights a Tourism Industry in Motion
ITB Berlin has unveiled its new campaign, ‘Travel & Tourism in Motion’, ahead of the 2027 edition of the travel trade show, taking place in Berlin from 16 to 18 March 2027.
Developed in collaboration with international communications agency Rupp, the campaign highlights the changes shaping the global tourism industry, including evolving traveller preferences, mobility innovations, and broader technological, economic, and social developments.
The initiative positions ITB as a platform where tourism professionals, destinations, and businesses can exchange ideas, explore emerging trends, and discuss the industry’s future direction.
Campaign Reflects Industry Change

The new campaign focuses on the tourism sector’s ability to adapt to changing market conditions and consumer expectations.
Through its visual identity and messaging, ‘Travel & Tourism in Motion’ reflects how destinations, travel businesses and tourism products continue to evolve in response to global developments.
A key element of the campaign is a new visual concept created during ITB Berlin 2026, featuring exhibitors and visitors from across the international tourism community. The campaign aims to showcase the diversity of perspectives and businesses that come together at the annual event.
In addition, each exhibition segment of ITB Berlin will receive its own customised visual identity using the “In Motion” theme.
ITB Berlin 2027 Registration Opens
Companies, tourism boards and industry stakeholders can now register to exhibit at ITB Berlin 2027.
The organisers have also announced revised event dates for the 2027 edition. The show will be held from 16 to 18 March 2027, with the schedule adjusted to allow Muslim exhibitors and visitors to observe Eid al-Fitr before attending the event.
The date change reflects ITB Berlin’s ongoing efforts to accommodate the needs of its international audience and maintain its role as a global meeting place for the travel and tourism sector.
As preparations begin for the 2027 edition, the new campaign sets the tone for discussions around innovation, connectivity and the changing landscape of global travel.
