THE BARAI HUA HIN Brings Wellness-Focused Hospitality to Thailand

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced the opening of THE BARAI HUA HIN, marking the arrival of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt in Thailand.

Located along the Khao Takiap coastline in Hua Hin, the 98-room beachfront resort combines wellness experiences, locally inspired design and Thai hospitality. The property builds on the legacy of THE BARAI, which first opened as a wellness-focused spa and has now expanded into a full-service resort.

Situated in one of Thailand’s long-established seaside destinations, the resort offers guests access to Hua Hin’s beaches, cultural attractions and nearby natural landmarks, including Kui Buri National Park, Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park and Phraya Nakhon Cave.

THE BARAI HUA HIN Features 98 Rooms and Wellness Facilities

The resort comprises 98 guestrooms and suites, including 27 suites and two two-bedroom penthouses. Designed to connect guests with the surrounding landscape, the accommodation includes spacious balconies, open-plan living areas, soaking tubs and rainfall showers.

Selected suites also offer additional services and personalised wellness experiences.

At the heart of the property is THE BARAI Spa, which continues the destination’s focus on wellbeing through a range of wellness therapies and relaxation spaces.

The resort also features a two-storey Wellness Hub equipped with a fitness studio, yoga space, wellness programmes and holistic wellbeing facilities. Experiences are designed around themes of relaxation, movement, mindfulness and personal wellbeing.

Dining Inspired by Hua Hin’s Coastal Heritage

THE BARAI HUA HIN offers two dining venues that draw inspiration from the destination’s history and coastal setting.

White Cottage serves breakfast and a menu focused on seafood, seasonal ingredients and Thai-inspired dishes, while McFarland House, located in a restored beachfront pavilion, offers European cuisine, afternoon tea and weekend dining experiences overlooking the Gulf of Thailand.

Expanding Hyatt’s Presence in Thailand

The opening strengthens Hyatt’s footprint in Thailand and introduces The Unbound Collection by Hyatt to the country for the first time.
