Shangri-La Jeddah Appoints Lina Khan as Director of Marketing & Communications

Shangri-La Jeddah has announced the appointment of Lina Khan as Director of Marketing & Communications, reinforcing the hotel’s focus on strengthening its brand positioning within the luxury hospitality segment.

Lina brings extensive experience in luxury hospitality and corporate communications, along with a strategic approach to brand development and marketing. A native of Jeddah, she holds an MBA from the University of Dallas and has gained academic and professional exposure across Italy and the United States.
Her career spans a range of prominent organisations, including Nadec Foods, McDonald’s Saudi Arabia, Fairmont Riyadh, Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, and Park Hyatt Jeddah. Through these roles, she has developed expertise in integrated marketing, brand management, and public relations.
Lina has also led and executed marketing initiatives across high-end sectors such as fashion and fine dining. Her experience includes luxury activations and collaborations with globally recognised brands such as Piaget, Lamborghini, and Tom Ford, contributing to the creation of impactful brand narratives targeted at premium audiences.
In her new role, Lina will oversee marketing and communications strategies for Shangri-La Jeddah, with a focus on enhancing brand visibility, driving guest engagement, and supporting the hotel’s overall positioning in a competitive market.
