The Fern Hotels & Resorts Appoints Sumer Rathore as Operations Manager in Kanpur

The Fern Hotels & Resorts has appointed Sumer Rathore as Operations Manager at its Kanpur property, strengthening the hotel’s operational leadership team.

In his new role, Rathore will oversee day-to-day hotel operations, focusing on service quality, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Rathore brings over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise in hotel operations, food and beverage management, and guest service. Prior to this appointment, he served as Food and Beverage Manager at The Fern Jaipur – An Ecotel Hotel, where he managed F&B operations and supported dining experiences.

His elevation reflects the organisation’s focus on internal talent development and career progression.

Before joining The Fern Hotels & Resorts, Rathore was associated with Radisson Blu Jaipur as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. His career also includes roles with Hotel Clarks Amer, Jaipur and Royal Orchid Hotels, where he gained experience in restaurant operations and team management.

He also brings international exposure through his tenure with One&Only Resorts in Dubai, where he developed expertise in luxury hospitality and guest engagement.

His appointment reflects The Fern Hotels & Resorts’ focus on strengthening operational leadership and enhancing guest experiences at its Kanpur property.
