Pankaj Jha appointed as General Manager at ibis Jaipur City Centre

ibis Hotels has appointed Pankaj Jha as the General Manager of ibis Jaipur City Centre.

Pankaj brings more than two decades of experience across luxury hotels, business destinations and resort properties. He has worked with renowned upscale hospitality brands across India and the Middle East, gaining expertise in hotel operations, guest experience, financial performance, service standards and team leadership.

In his new role, Pankaj will oversee the hotel’s overall business strategy and day-to-day operations. His key mandates will include improving operational performance, enhancing guest experience, developing talent and supporting long-term growth.

Prior to this role, Jha served as Director of Operations at an upscale international hotel in Ahmedabad, where he focused on business performance, guest experience and operational efficiency.
