The St. Regis Goa Resort Appoints Anita Dacosta E Gomes as Director of Marketing and Communication

The St. Regis Goa Resort has appointed Anita Dacosta E Gomes as Director of Marketing and Communication. In this role, she will lead the resort’s integrated marketing strategy, brand positioning and partnerships, with a focus on driving visibility across key markets.
Anita brings over 20 years of experience in hospitality marketing and global events. She most recently served as Director of Marketing & Events at Emaar Hospitality Group in Dubai, where she was involved in marketing initiatives linked to Expo 2020 Dubai, supporting the group’s role as an official hospitality partner. Her portfolio included brands such as Address Hotels & Resorts, Vida Hotels and Resorts, and Armani Hotel Dubai.
Her previous experience also includes roles at Media Rotana and Jumeirah, where she led marketing and communications functions, focusing on digital campaigns, brand development and revenue-driven initiatives across hospitality assets.
Anita has also been recognized with key accolades including Best Marketing Director at the Haute Grandeur Awards (2019). Best Marketing and PR winner at the Hospitality Awards (2019), Leader of the Year at Address Dubai Mall (2018), along with achieving a PR value of 6.4M and increasing website traffic by 50% in a single year at Emaar.
At The St. Regis Goa Resort, she will focus on strengthening digital outreach, partnerships and MICE-led initiatives, while supporting the property’s positioning in the luxury hospitality segment.
