New Director of Sales and Marketing Appointed at Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre and JECC

APPOINTMENT

Rajinikanth Ramadass appointed as Director of Sales and Marketing at Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre and Jaipur Exhibition & Convention Centre (JECC).

The appointment brings more than 15 years of experience in hospitality sales and marketing to the integrated hotel and convention destination, which is managed by Accor.

In his new role, Ramadass will be responsible for leading the overall sales, marketing, and revenue strategy for both Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre and JECC. His mandate includes strengthening their positioning across MICE, exhibitions, weddings, and large-scale events, while aligning commercial objectives with operational priorities.

Prior to this appointment, Ramadass served as Director of Sales & Marketing at Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa, where he focused on repositioning the resort in the luxury segment and implementing sales and digital marketing initiatives. His earlier career includes leadership roles at Grand Hyatt Goa, Park Hyatt Chennai, and The Westin Chennai Velachery, where he worked on driving ADR and RevPAR performance and strengthening corporate and MICE business segments.

Ramadass is known for his experience across revenue management, account portfolio optimisation, digital marketing initiatives, and large-scale banqueting sales, along with building and leading commercial teams.
