Accor Promotes Chandan Sharma and Abhiram Sridhar Across Andhra Pradesh Cluster

Accor has promoted Chandan Sharma as Marketing and Communication Manager and Abhiram Sridhar as Cluster Assistant Marketing Manager – Digital across Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach, Novotel Vijayawada Varun, and The Bheemili Resort Managed by Accor.

In their expanded roles, both will contribute to shaping the marketing direction of the three properties, focusing on brand campaigns, digital growth initiatives, guest engagement programmes, and revenue-driven strategies.

Chandan Sharma-  Promoted to Marketing & Communications Manager

As Marketing and Communication Manager, Sharma will lead the overall marketing function across the properties, overseeing digital, traditional, and public relations strategies. Over the past year, he has contributed to improving direct revenue performance through performance marketing and direct booking initiatives, while also leading campaigns across social media, search, and display platforms.

His work has included executing seasonal promotions, destination-led experiences, and food and beverage campaigns, alongside supporting brand positioning in collaboration with the sales team. Under his marketing leadership, the properties collectively secured multiple industry recognitions across hotel, restaurant, and individual categories.

Abhiram Sridhar- Promoted to Cluster Assistant Marketing Manager- Digital

Sridhar, in his role as Cluster Assistant Marketing Manager – Digital, will lead the digital marketing vertical across the three properties. His responsibilities include managing social media strategy, paid marketing, website performance, and digital partnerships to support commercial and branding objectives. He has contributed to audience growth and engagement through integrated digital campaigns and performance-led initiatives that have supported traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
