Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel, together with The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), United Overseas Bank (UOB), Chang, Diageo, Tatler Asia, Turkish Airlines and Maserati Thailand, has announced the full programme for the 25th Annual World Gourmet Festival, taking place from 22–28 September 2025.

This edition will feature a week of culinary events with chefs, restaurants and industry leaders from around the world. The line-up includes 16 Michelin-starred restaurants representing 22 stars, four Green Star chefs focusing on sustainable practices, seven restaurants from The World’s 50 Best and Asia’s 50 Best lists, and chefs recognised with global awards such as World’s Best Female Chef, Asia’s Best Female Chef, and Asia’s Best Pastry Chef.

The festival will be curated by Kristian Brask Thomsen, known for Dining Impossible, who has designed a programme that combines international collaborations, solo tasting menus, panel discussions, masterclasses, and wine and mixology sessions.

Highlights include collaborations between Eric Vildgaard of Jordnær (Copenhagen) and Mathias and Thomas Sühring of Sühring (Bangkok), as well as Thitid “Ton” Tassanakajohn of Le Du and Nusara (Bangkok) with Vaughan Mabee of Amisfield (New Zealand).

The 2025 programme introduces the highest number of Michelin-starred chefs in the festival’s history and, for the first time, multiple World’s 50 Best restaurants will cook in Thailand in a single week. Ticket prices range from THB 1,800 to THB 18,500, offering options for a wide audience.
