Third Wave Coffee Debuts in Ahmedabad with Launch of Two New Cafes

Third Wave Coffee has entered Ahmedabad city with the launch of two new cafés. Located on CG Road and Prahlad Nagar, the launch marks a key milestone in the brand’s national expansion plan.

With an existing presence at Ahmedabad airport, the new launches further strengthen Third Wave Coffee’s footprint in the city and in the Western Subcontinent, which includes Mumbai and Pune.

Rajat Luthra

Speaking at the launch, Rajat Luthra, CEO, Third Wave Coffee, said: “We are excited to bring Third Wave Coffee to Gujarat. Entering Ahmedabad is a natural step in our growth journey, driven by consumer demand and the city’s vibrant café culture. What stands out about Ahmedabad is its warmth, hospitality, and rising appetite for premium coffee, values that strongly resonate with our brand ethos. We look forward to earning the same affection here that we enjoy in other markets”

Staying true to its coffee-first philosophy, Third Wave Coffee brings its signature brews to Ahmedabad made from ethically sourced beans. The coffee will be complemented by an exclusive Gujarati, 100% vegetarian menu. The menu local dishes like Bun Maska and classic puffs; desserts such as Shrikhand Cheesecake, Biscoff Brownie, mousse cups, and pastries; and a wide range of artisanal vegetarian sandwiches, wraps, pizzas, quesadillas, and croissant sandwiches. The menu also includes smoothie bowls, soft gelatos, and an extensive waffle selection.

The new cafés in Ahmedabad are designed as warm, modern spaces. Each outlet features 50+ seating, a spacious layout, ideal for work, conversations, and relaxed meet-ups.

Rajat added: “As we continue expanding nationally, our focus remains clear- championing great coffee and making it accessible to every consumer, whether they’re visiting our cafés or brewing it at home. For us, growth isn’t just about entering new cities; it’s about building deeper connections, understanding preferences, and creating spaces where people can unwind, gather, and enjoy a truly elevated coffee experience. Our commitment to being a coffee-forward brand guides every expansion, and we’re excited to bring this experience to Ahmedabad.
