APPOINTMENT
Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway has announced the appointment of Rijo Varghese as the Director of Food & Beverage.

With over 17 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Rijo brings extensive expertise in food and beverage operations, guest experience management and business development.
In his new role, Rijo will oversee the hotel’s food and beverage operations. He will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the hotel’s dining venues, strengthening service standards and enhancing guest satisfaction while ensuring efficiency in areas such as budgeting, sales forecasting, inventory control and team management.
Prior to joining Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway, Rijo served as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage and Food & Beverage Manager at The Westin Resort & Spa Himalayas, where he played a key role in elevating the property’s dining experiences and operational performance.
Earlier in his career, he was associated with The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and held various positions across several properties, including Trident Bandra Kurla, Trident Udaipur and Trident Cochin.
