Sayaji Hotels Appoints New General Manager Corporate Head HR

Sayaji Hotels has appointed Jamaluddin Khilji as General Manager of Corporate Head HR. This strategic decision is intended to bolster the company’s leadership team and enhance its structure to promote organizational growth and increase employee engagement.

In his new position, Jamaluddin will lead HR strategies at Sayaji Hotels, emphasizing talent acquisition, management processes, leadership development, and workforce planning to ensure alignment with the company’s overall business goals.

Jamaluddin has 24 years of experience in Human Resource Management, having collaborated with top hospitality brands like Kempinski, Marriott, Accor, and Rosetta Hospitality. He earned a Bachelor’s in Science and an MBA in Human Resources from IMS Indore. In addition to his professional background, he is a devoted cricket fan, an enthusiastic nonfiction reader, and a close observer of current affairs.
