APPOINTMENT
Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences has appointed Om Prakash Bhatt as Portfolio Director of Revenue.
Bhatt brings over a decade of experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry. His professional background spans strategic revenue planning, forecasting, performance optimisation, and commercial analysis. Over the years, he has worked across key commercial functions, gaining a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations, budget development, and data-driven decision-making.
Prior to this appointment, Bhatt was associated with Novotel Ahmedabad, where he served as Director of Revenue Management for more than two years. In this role, he was involved in strengthening revenue frameworks, improving forecasting accuracy, and supporting overall commercial efficiency at the property.
He holds a BBAHM in Business Administration and Management and is recognised for his analytical approach, clear communication style, cross-functional collaboration, and results-oriented mindset.
