Before joining ibis Styles Mysuru, Iyer was the Director of Operations at Novotel Chennai SIPCOT. His impressive career includes significant roles at well-known brands such as Radisson, Holiday Inn, and Hyatt. Iyer is recognized for his energetic leadership and is adept at creating and executing effective operational strategies. As a dedicated mentor, he is committed to talent development, having successfully nurtured Heads of Departments and second-line leaders, thus establishing a strong leadership pipeline.

Iyer has extensive expertise in several key areas, such as hotel operations management, team leadership, guest satisfaction, revenue optimization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
