With over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Gaurav brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to the property. He continues his journey of growth and success with the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG).

Gaurav joined IHG in 2019 and has since held key positions at several properties. His most recent role was as Task Force General Manager at the Holiday Inn in Amritsar. He has also worked at the Holiday Inn in Goa Candolim and the Holiday Inn in Agra, where he successfully managed hotel operations, improved guest satisfaction, and implemented strategies for revenue growth. Before joining IHG, Gaurav gained experience with brands such as Lemon Tree, The Leela, Radisson, Pride Hotels, Trident, and Renaissance.

Through IHG's Room to Grow program, Gaurav has taken advantage of the company's commitment to employee development. This support has enabled him to assume greater responsibilities and successfully manage multiple hotel operations. Gaurav’s leadership style focuses on operational excellence, enhancing the guest experience, and developing his team. He is dedicated to cultivating a culture of collaboration and innovation, ensuring that each guest has a personalized and memorable experience.
