Novotel and Pullman New Delhi Aerocity have announced the appointment of Uday Bhatnagar as the new Director of Revenue Management. With an expansive career in hospitality revenue optimization and a proven track record of success across various regions, he brings valuable knowledge and leadership to the team.
Previous Experience
Uday becomes part of the Novotel and Pullman families after serving as Director of Revenue Management at Novotel Goa Resort & Spa, Novotel Goa Candolim, and Novotel Goa Panjim. His strategic pricing, yield management, and demand forecasting skills have enhanced revenue and profit across various Accor properties. Bhatnagar is well-known for his creative methods of challenging industry standards and implementing data-driven solutions, which contribute to operational success.
Key Responsibilities in the New Role
In his new position, he will oversee revenue strategies for the Pullman and Novotel properties at Aerocity. This includes optimizing room inventory, pricing, and management of function spaces. Additionally, he will lead strategic initiatives for existing and new hotels, ensuring smooth coordination across all hotel operations.

Uday boasts a professional career in the hospitality industry that exceeds ten years. He has taken on essential leadership positions in revenue management, consistently achieving outstanding results. Notable achievements include receiving the “Accor RM Person of the Year 2018” award for India and South Asia and publishing a research paper regarding TripAdvisor's influence on hotel booking intentions. He earned his MBA in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Laureate University in Bangkok and completed his BBA at GGSIP University in New Delhi.
