For over four years, Mandar excelled in this position, consistently delivering unparalleled guest satisfaction and setting new benchmarks in service quality.

Mandar joined InterContinental Marine Drive with a vision of contributing to an international hotel brand, a long-held aspiration that aligns with his professional ethos. Over the past 2.5 years, he has demonstrated remarkable dedication, maintaining cleanliness Medallia scores consistently above 93% throughout the year, and achieving a notable 93.68% cleanliness score during a recent Brand Standard Audit. These accomplishments underscore his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
