Holiday Inn Amritsar Ranjit Avenue has announced the appointment of Ravi Dhankhar as the new General Manager. With over two decades of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Ravi has a proven track record of leadership at hotel brands, including The Leela Palace, Taj Hotels, Sarovar Hotels, Lemon Tree Hotels, Narendra Bhawan Bikaner, Pride Group of Hotels, and Ramada Jaipur. His diverse background positions him well to enhance the hotel’s reputation and service standards.

In his new role, Ravi will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, focusing on enhancing guest satisfaction, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining the hotel’s commitment to excellence in service. He brings deep insights into the evolving hospitality landscape of Amritsar, a city renowned for its rich cultural heritage and an increasing appeal for leisure and business tourism. By fostering partnerships with Amritsar’s tourism board, local heritage sites, and nearby business hubs, he aims to more closely integrate the hotel with the city’s vibrant cultural fabric and expand the commercial landscape.
