New Food and Beverage Manager at Novotel Goa Panjim

Novotel Goa Panjim has announced the appointment of Rana Shil as the Food and Beverage Manager at the recently launched Accor property. With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Shil brings a passion to his role, which is focused on driving revenue through innovative events, food festivals, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Shil started his career in 2013 as a Food and beverage Assistant at Mercure Lavasa & International Convention Centre. He has led food and beverage teams across brands such as Holiday Inn Goa Candolim, where he played a key role in boosting beverage sales through upselling techniques and promotional events. His efforts in cost optimisation, staff training, and guest service have consistently enhanced customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
