Neha Chhabra Appointed as New General Manager at Sofitel Mumbai

APPOINTMENT

Neha Chhabra has been appointed as the new General Manager at Sofitel Mumbai BKC.

Neha Chhabra brings over two decades of experience in luxury and business hospitality, with expertise in operations, guest experience, and branding.

She has been a part of several renowned properties. Most recently, she served as General Manager at JW Marriott Goa, where she positioned the hotel as one of North Goa’s foremost luxury destinations.

Prior to that, Neha served as General Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal. Her portfolio also includes leadership roles at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, The Trident Bandra Kurla, and The Oberoi New Delhi.

She has received several accolades, including Goa’s Best General Manager 2024 (CMO Asia), Leadership Excellence 2022 (APEC GM Awards), and Diamond General Manager of the Year 2021–22 (Global, Courtyard Brand).
