APPOINTMENT
The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels Limited, the owner of The Peninsula Hotels, has announced the appointment of Julien Munoz as the new Chief Commercial Officer, effective November 12, 2025.

Julien Munoz will oversee the group’s commercial and marketing teams and will report directly to Benjamin Vuchot, Chief Executive Officer. He will also join HSH’s Management Board.
With over 25 years of experience, he previously served as Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Committee member at Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer (SBM), overseeing a diverse portfolio of luxury hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, entertainment venues, and casinos, as well as digital and CRM transformation projects.
He also held leadership roles at Radisson Hotel Group, Etisalat Digital, Dubai Parks and Resorts, and Disneyland Paris.
