IHCL Opens Flagship Soulinaire Restaurant in Alibaug
Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has opened its first flagship Soulinaire restaurant in Alibaug, Mumbai. Soulinaire, IHCL’s lifestyle catering brand, now has a permanent location on the Alibaug boardwalk, offering coastal dining with views of the Arabian Sea.
Somnath Mukherjee, Executive Vice President, West and Head of Food and Beverage, IHCL, said, “Soulinaire reflects IHCL’s focus on creating engaging culinary experiences. From its beginnings as a catering brand, it has evolved into a concept that blends creativity, craftsmanship, and thoughtful service.”
The two-storey restaurant features a 200-seat layout with indoor and outdoor spaces, a circular bar, a live kitchen, and a private banquet area. Designed using natural materials like bamboo and brick, it integrates local textures with modern aesthetics.

The menu includes a mix of regional and international dishes, such as Akuri Croissants, Paneer Tikka Tacos, Tandoori Pomfret, and Gaoran Kombdi Rassa, along with global-inspired options like Shaoxing Drunken Fish and Truffle Alfredo Pasta. Desserts include the Molten Choco-Walnut Symphony and Golden Halo Cone.
