Oberoi Hotels and Resorts will considerably expand over the next five years, launching over 20 new hotels, luxury yachts, and cruisers and adding 1,350 keys to its portfolio to address rising demand for premium travel experiences.

Of these, 288 keys will be located outside India, with the first openings set for 2026. EIH, the Oberoi Group's publicly traded entity, will own nine new properties, while 11 will run under management contracts. In India, new destinations include Rajgarh (Khajuraho), Bandhavgarh, Goa, Visakhapatnam, Tirupati, Jawai, Gandikota, Hebbal, and Pune.

Properties are planned internationally in Bardia (Libya), Diriyah (Saudi Arabia), Kathmandu, Bhutan, and London. The Mayfair location in London will mark Oberoi’s debut in the UK market. Currently, the company manages 3,772 keys in India and 497 globally.
