Impression Moxché by Secrets

September 26: Taking place at Allora, the collaboration dinner with Chef Secchi and Impression Moxché by Secrets’ executive chef, Orlando Trejo, is inspired by Rezdora’s signature Emilia-Romagna cuisine. In this menu, Chef Secchi and Chef Trejo will present dishes that blend contemporary Italian roots with elements of Mexican cuisine.

Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets

September 28: A collaboration dinner at Spezia will feature dishes by Chef Secchi inspired by his newest culinary concept Massara and signature items by Chef Paolo Parlanti, Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets’ master chef. The tasting menu will pay homage to Italy’s Campania region with traditional antipasti and grilled seafood contrasted by the signature Mayan, Spanish, and Caribbean flavors from the Yucatan Peninsula.
