Cheval Collection is ready to launch its second property in Dubai, Cheval Maison—Expo City, which will open in March 2025. Situated in the centre of Expo City Dubai, Cheval Maison offers guests an experience amidst the backdrop of the Expo City.

Cheval Maison in Expo City is situated at Al Wasl Plaza within the Expo City Dubai development. Cheval Maison offers 151 apartments, ranging from studios and one-bedroom units to two- and three-bedroom homes.
