Gulf Air and beOnd Sign Partnership to Strengthen Premium Travel Connectivity

Gulf Air and beOnd have announced a strategic partnership to improve premium travel connectivity across both airlines’ networks.

The agreement brings together the airline’s international route network and beOnd’s leisure-focused services, enabling travellers to access a wider range of connected destinations through a more seamless booking and travel experience.

The partnership was formalized during a signing ceremony held at the Bahrain National Theatre in the presence of senior government officials and aviation industry representatives, including Bahrain’s Minister of Transportation and Telecommunication, H.E. Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, and Gulf Air Group Chairman Khalid Taqi.

Under the agreement, both airlines will coordinate customer experience services to provide a more connected premium travel journey from booking through to arrival.

Martin Gauss, Chief Executive Officer of Gulf Air, said the partnership reflects the airline’s continued focus on passenger experience and network connectivity. He added that the collaboration combines Gulf Air’s global reach with beOnd’s leisure travel offering to provide travellers with more journey options.

Tero Taskila, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of beOnd, said the partnership aligns with Bahrain’s aviation and tourism ambitions. He noted that the collaboration will help strengthen connectivity while supporting premium leisure travel to and from the Kingdom.

The partnership also supports the airlines’ broader goals of increasing premium leisure travel, supporting inbound tourism and strengthening Bahrain’s position as a regional aviation and tourism hub.
