Four Points by Sheraton and Marriott Executive Apartments Amritsar has appointed Twinkle Sinha as Human Resources Manager, where she will lead the property’s human resources function and people strategy.

Twinkle Sinha brings over a decade of experience across hospitality and corporate sectors, with expertise spanning talent acquisition, employee engagement, training and development, and HR operations. Her professional background reflects a consistent focus on building structured HR processes and supporting team performance.

She has previously worked with leading hospitality brands including Renaissance Lucknow Hotel, The Lodhi Hotel, MRG Group, and CBRE South Asia Pvt Ltd. 

Twinkle has also completed the Executive Development Program by Marriott International, further strengthening her leadership and operational capabilities.

At the property, she has already played an integral role during the pre-opening phase, leading HR operations, and team onboarding.

In her new role, Twinkle will focus on strengthening people practices, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting the development of a high-performing workplace culture.
