The airline’s founder and promoter, Arun Kashyap, previously the company’s chief operating officer, told Indian media that the capital should be wrapped up by March 2025. The first ten new aircraft are anticipated to be added to the fleet in 2025. The fleet expansion will start in earnest in the fiscal year 2026.

“We are looking at these funds both by way of debt and from strategic investors, and we are in discussions with a bunch of lenders and investors,” Kashyap said.

The business charter expert was founded earlier this year and is presently based in Delhi and runs a single Hawker 4000. According to Kashyap, Fly Sirius plans to add aircraft that can conduct “group charters” in addition to focusing primarily on small and midsize business jets. Due to the fleet expansion, the operator will also pursue foreign markets in the Far East and the Middle East.
