New Distribution Capability

With the newly adopted technology, NDC, Air India will be able to provide its passengers with a better and easier experience whilst booking air travel. Air India will offer a personalised booking experience to travellers of all classes as the NDC uses an advanced XML-based standard. This will allow everyone to have access to more services like flight deals, discounts, add-ons, personalised packages etc. The technology will also allow passengers to now have access to real-time updates, better pricing, newest offers etc. The feature is now available at Air India’s website.
