Dusit to Hold Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 26 September 2025

Dusit Thani Public Company Limited has announced that its Board of Directors has resolved to convene the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2025 on 26 September 2025 at 14:00 hrs. The meeting will be conducted electronically (E-Meeting). The Record Date to determine eligible shareholders is 10 September 2025.

The meeting has been called under Section 100 of the Public Limited Companies Act B.E. 2535 (1992) and its amendments. The agenda includes:

  • Certification of the minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

  • Consideration and approval of the financial statements for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2024

  • Consideration of changes to the Board of Directors, including removal and appointment of directors (nominated candidates are under review)

  • Consideration of amendments to the authority of directors and registration with the relevant authorities

Suphajee Suthumpun, Group Chief Executive Officer of DUSIT, said the EGM provides shareholders the opportunity to review and decide on matters concerning the company. She noted that the company’s operations remain on track and that any decisions taken at the meeting will be communicated to shareholders and relevant authorities in accordance with regulations.

She added that management and employees continue to focus on key projects, including Dusit Central Park, which is expected to contribute revenue and profit in the coming year following the transfer of ownership of the residential component.

DUSIT will continue to update shareholders and the Stock Exchange of Thailand on further developments in line with regulatory requirements.
