Anantara Chiang Mai Introduces Lanna Garden Terrace Suite
Anantara Chiang Mai Resort has introduced the Lanna Garden Terrace Suite as part of a refreshed suite offering inspired by northern Thailand’s cultural and architectural heritage. The launch also marks the renaming of the Anantara resort’s former Kasara Suites to Lanna Suites, reflecting a stronger connection to the region.

Covering 150 square metres, the Lanna Garden Terrace Suite features floor-to-ceiling doors that open onto a private tropical garden. Interiors incorporate teakwood, natural light, and soft textiles, drawing on elements of traditional Lanna design. The suite can be connected to an adjoining Lanna Garden View Suite to create a larger accommodation suitable for families or longer stays.

The updated Lanna Suite collection aligns with the resort’s architectural approach, originally conceived by the late architect Kerry Hill. The design balances contemporary structure with local materials and sensitivity to the riverside setting. Suite guests have access to a range of added services, including in-suite welcome amenities, curated cultural experiences and private breakfast options.

Beyond the accommodation, the resort includes dining venues such as the 1921 House, located in a former British consulate building, as well as river excursions and spa facilities. The property is situated approximately 15 minutes from Chiang Mai International Airport, offering access to the city while maintaining a quieter riverside environment.
