APPOINTMENT
Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal has announced the appointment of Amirtharaj Michael Antony as Mixologist.
Prior to joining Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal, Amirtharaj Michael has worked with renowned hospitality names, such as JW Marriott Mumbai, Westin Garden City Mumbai, and the Al-Abraaj Group of Restaurants in Bahrain.
He is known for his expertise in curating inventive cocktails, creating house-made tonics and infusions.
At Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal, he has introduced his own handcrafted tonics, developed using self-made recipes that balance botanicals and natural flavors.
In his new role, Amirtharaj will be instrumental in shaping the bar program at Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal.
