ALIVAA Boutique Opens in DLF Cyber City, Marking the Group’s Second Property in Gurugram
ALIVAA Hotels & Resorts has announced the opening of ALIVAA Boutique at DLF Cyber City, Gurugram, further expanding its presence in the city’s hospitality market. The launch marks the group’s second ALIVAA-branded property in Gurugram and brings its total portfolio in the city to eight hotels.
Located within DLF Cyber City, one of Gurugram’s key business districts, the hotel is positioned to serve both corporate and leisure travellers visiting the area.
ALIVAA Boutique offers a range of facilities designed to support short stays, business travel and small events. The property features well-designed guest rooms focused on comfort and functionality. Amenities include an in-house restaurant, a banquet space suitable for meetings and social gatherings, and a rooftop venue for private events.
The opening also reflects the continued partnership between the hotel group and the property’s owner, Harshal Sharma, who has now signed his third property with ALIVAA Hotels & Resorts.
Commenting on the launch, Akash Bhatia, CEO (M&F) of ALIVAA Hotels & Resorts, said the opening represents another step in the group’s growth in Gurugram. He noted that the company now operates eight hotels in the city, including six properties under its The Hoften brand, and continues to focus on serving the needs of business and urban travellers.
Vikramjit Singh, Chairman and Managing Director of ALIVAA Hotels & Resorts, said the addition of the new property brings the company’s operational portfolio to 30 hotels across India. He added that the group plans to continue expanding in key business and travel destinations across the country.
