Airbus Announces Share Buyback Plan
Airbus SE has declared the following share buyback transactions in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council on April 16, 2014 on market abuse (“EU Market Abuse Regulation”).
The purchases are part of the second tranche of a share repurchase program launched on September 9, 2024, to help fund future employee share ownership plan activities and equity-based compensation schemes.
The programme is carried out in accordance with the authorization granted to the Airbus SE Board of Directors by shareholders at the Airbus Annual General Meeting on April 10, 2024, to repurchase up to 10% of outstanding share capital.
