Rosewood Appoints Joey Dudding as Cluster Leisure Sales Director for Caribbean Resorts

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has appointed Joey Dudding as Cluster Leisure Sales Director for Rosewood Le Guanahani St. Barth and Little Dix Bay.

In this role, Dudding will lead leisure sales strategy for both properties, focusing on business development across key leisure markets and managing relationships with travel advisors and industry partners. He will work with the commercial teams at both resorts to identify market opportunities and support positioning within the global luxury travel segment.

Dudding brings more than 15 years of experience in hospitality sales. He most recently served as Director of Leisure Sales, East Coast, at Las Ventanas al Paraíso, A Rosewood Resort, where he managed partnerships with travel advisors and contributed to sales initiatives.

Prior to this role, he held sales roles at hospitality properties in New York, including The Beekman, a Thompson Hotel, part of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, and The NoMad Hotel.

In his new position, Dudding will support leisure sales growth and partner engagement for both Caribbean resorts as part of the group’s broader commercial strategy.
