Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui Appoints Michael Casey as Resort Manager

Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui has appointed Michael Casey as Resort Manager, bringing nearly two decades of experience with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

Michael Casey’s interest in hospitality developed early through exposure to different cultures while growing up across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the United States. He later graduated from the Conrad N. Hilton College of Global Hospitality Leadership at the University of Houston and began his career with Four Seasons at Four Seasons Hotel Houston, where he gained operational experience across multiple departments.
Since joining the company in 2006, he has held leadership roles at several properties, including Regent Singapore (formerly a Four Seasons hotel), Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, Four Seasons Resort Langkawi, and most recently Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai.
In his new role, Michael Casey will oversee resort operations, with a focus on guest experience, team engagement, and service delivery aligned with the brand’s operational framework. His approach to leadership centres on team development, collaboration, and creating an environment that supports consistent service standards.
At Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui, he will work with the resort team to deliver guest experiences shaped by the destination’s environment and cultural context. His responsibilities also include supporting wellness offerings, operational efficiency, and day-to-day management across the property.
“Koh Samui has a remarkable ability to slow people down in the best possible way. I’m excited to work with our team to help guests discover not only the beauty of the island, but also the sense of connection, care and belonging that makes every stay truly memorable,” he said.
