Dubai Airports Announces Three Senior Leadership Appointments Across Operations and Technology
Dubai Airports has announced three senior leadership appointments as it prepares for the next phase of growth across Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC).
Kan Ni- Promoted to Senior Vice President, Airport Operations

Kan Ni has been promoted from Vice President, Airport Operations Control Centre (AOCC) to Senior Vice President, Airport Operations. In this role, he will oversee airport operations, with a focus on coordination and operational efficiency. He has been involved in the development of AOCC systems supporting data-led decision-making and has led operations during periods of regional airspace constraints.
Khalid Ishaq- Promoted to Vice President, Airport Operations Control Centre (AOCC)

Khalid Ishaq has been promoted from Head of AOCC Integration to Vice President, AOCC. He joined Dubai Airports in 2005 and has held multiple roles across operational systems. His new role includes overseeing AOCC functions, which coordinate real-time airport operations and passenger movement.
Ahmad Al Bastaki- Appointed as Vice President, Technology Operations and Cybersecurity

Ahmad Al Bastaki has been appointed as Vice President, Technology Operations and Cybersecurity within the Business Technology function. He will be responsible for cybersecurity, service management, and infrastructure operations as part of the organisation’s technology framework.
