Hyatt Place Haridwar Appoints Jaskirat Kaur as Assistant Manager – Human Resources

Hyatt Place Haridwar has appointed Jaskirat Kaur as Assistant Manager – Human Resources.

Jaskirat brings over four years of experience in the hospitality industry, with extensive expertise in human resources and people management. She has previously worked with renowned brands including The Earth Amritsar (Trademark Collection by Wyndham), Holiday Inn Amritsar, and Radisson Blu Amritsar.

She began her career with IHG Hotels & Resorts in Amritsar, where she gained hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll, employee engagement, and training. She then joined The Earth Amritsar, where she progressed from Human Resources Assistant to Human Resources Supervisor and later Human Resources Executive, handling key responsibilities such as hiring, compliance, payroll, budgeting, training, and employee engagement initiatives.

In her new role at Hyatt Place Haridwar, Jaskirat will focus on strengthening HR operations, enhancing employee experience, and supporting the hotel’s people-first culture.

Her appointment reflects the hotel’s continued commitment to building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional colleague and guest experiences.
