Fairfield by Marriott Jodhpur has appointed Megha Tak as Human Resources Manager.

Megha brings over a decade of experience in human resources across the hospitality, technology and enterprise sectors. Prior to this role, she was associated with Ajit Bhawan, Jodhpur.

Her professional background includes roles at ACS Solutions, Chetak Enterprises, Vitruvian Technologies, Paladion Networks and Orange Business Services. Across these organisations, she has worked in areas such as talent management, employee engagement, organisational development and HR operations.

In her new role, Megha will oversee human resources functions at the hotel, with a focus on talent development, employee engagement and workplace culture.
