Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal Appoints Samarth Gangthade as Food and Beverage Manager

Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal has appointed Samarth Gangthade as Food and Beverage Manager.

Samarth brings over a decade of experience in hospitality and food and beverage operations. In his new role, he will oversee all food and beverage operations at the hotel, including dining outlets, service standards, and operational planning.
Prior to this, he served as Food and Beverage Manager at Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road, where he managed the hotel’s dining portfolio. His experience also includes roles at Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway, The Ritz-Carlton Pune, P&O Cruises, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, and Royal Caribbean International.
Samarth has also worked across areas including beverage management, dining concepts, and business planning.

Samarth holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Ahmedabad.
The appointment reflects the hotel’s focus on its food and beverage operations.
