Copitas at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru Appoints Melwyn Kuriakose as Bar Manager

Copitas at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru has appointed Melwyn Kuriakose as Bar Manager.

Melwyn brings over a decade of experience in hospitality operations, food and beverage services, restaurant openings, and guest service operations. His experience spans luxury hotels and resorts across the Middle East and Malta.

He has worked across a range of formats, including fine dining restaurants, bars, banquets, and clubs, along with involvement in pre-opening projects.

In his new role, he will oversee bar operations at Copitas, including beverage programmes, service standards, and team management.
