Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa Appoints Kiki Swayne as Executive Pastry Chef

Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa has appointed Kiki Swayne as Executive Pastry Chef.

In this role, Kiki will oversee the resort’s pastry operations, including the development of desserts and confectionery offerings across dining venues, banquets, and events.

Kiki brings experience in pastry and baking, with a background shaped by her training and professional work in Puerto Rico and the United States. She holds a Baking and Pastry Diploma from the San Juan Hospitality School and later continued her education at Le Cordon Bleu in Florida.
She began her career working with resort properties in Puerto Rico before moving to Florida in 2009, where she held pastry leadership roles at hospitality establishments across the state. She has been based in Amelia Island since 2012.
In her new role, Kiki will focus on managing pastry production and contributing to the resort’s food and beverage offerings.
