Mulberry Shades Bengaluru Nandi Hills, A Tribute Portfolio Resort has announced the appointment of Monika Thawal as its new Director of Wellness.

Monika brings over 14 years of extensive experience across wellness, spa management, and hospitality operations. She holds extensive expertise in leading high-performing teams, managing multi-property wellness operations, driving revenue growth, guest engagement, and building service standards.

Prior to joining Mulberry Shades, Monika served as Cluster Spa Manager at Respa Residency Tower, Puducherry, where she oversaw multiple wellness facilities, led strategic business planning and budgeting, and strengthened operational frameworks.

In her new role at Mulberry Shades, Monika will spearhead the resort’s wellness vision, overseeing the development and execution of  wellness programs designed to offer guests restorative and meaningful experiences. She will play a key role in enhancing the property’s wellness offerings.
