Radisson Collection Expands to Frankfurt with New Hotel at FOUR Development

Frankfurt Hotel to Strengthen Radisson Collection Presence in Germany

Radisson Hotel Group has signed an agreement with developer Groß & Partner to introduce a Radisson Collection hotel within FOUR Frankfurt, a mixed-use development in the city centre. Scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2027, the property will become the second Radisson Collection hotel in Germany, following the brand’s debut in Berlin.

The signing reflects Radisson Hotel Group’s continued expansion in Germany. Located within the 173-metre T2 tower, the hotel will occupy a prominent position in Frankfurt, a key European financial and business hub known for its international connectivity, trade fairs and corporate activity.

Elie Younes, Executive Vice President and Global Chief Development Officer at Radisson Hotel Group, said the project supports the group’s growth plans in Germany and strengthens the Radisson Collection brand’s presence in major international cities.

The addition of Frankfurt expands Radisson Collection’s footprint across European gateway destinations, including Berlin, Paris, Madrid, Rome and Brussels. Since launching in 2018, the brand has grown to nearly 70 hotels worldwide.

FOUR Frankfurt combines office, residential, retail, dining and hospitality spaces across four towers. Located between the city’s banking district and retail centre, the development offers easy access to cultural attractions and public transport links.

The project has received DGNB Platinum pre-certification and incorporates sustainability initiatives such as geothermal energy systems, smart digital monitoring, biodiversity measures and more than 2,300 bicycle parking spaces.

Radisson Collection Hotel, Frankfurt will feature 189 rooms and suites across floors 11 to 19 of the T2 tower, offering views of the city skyline. Facilities will include a lobby lounge and bar, a restaurant and bar with approximately 135 seats, and a fitness area.

Designed by Radisson Hotel Group’s in-house architecture and design team in Madrid, the hotel will follow the “Urban Layers” concept, reflecting Frankfurt’s historic character, business environment, cultural identity and modern skyline through neutral tones, refined materials and layered lighting.
