Sterling Goa Varca Appoints Mohammed Waseem as Resort Manager

Sterling Goa Varca has appointed Mohammed Waseem as Resort Manager, strengthening its operational leadership team.

In his new role, Waseem will oversee overall resort operations, with a focus on service standards, guest satisfaction, team leadership, and operational efficiency.

Waseem brings over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise in hotel operations, guest service, and resort management. His career includes associations with hospitality brands such as Choice Hotels, ITC Hotels, Radisson Hotel Group, and Sterling Holiday Resorts India Limited.

This appointment marks his return to Sterling Holiday Resorts. During his earlier tenure, he served as Front Office Manager at Sterling Ooty Fern Hill, gaining experience in front office operations and guest service management.

Most recently, he was part of the pre-opening team at Sterling Avante Mohali, where he contributed to operationalising the property.

His appointment reflects Sterling Holiday Resorts’ focus on strengthening leadership across its portfolio and supporting operational performance at its leisure destinations.
