Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata Appoints Sriparna Das as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata has appointed Sriparna Das as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.
In her new role, Das will support food and beverage operations at the hotel, with a focus on service delivery, cost control, inventory management, and coordination between culinary and service teams.
Das has over 12 years of experience in hospitality operations, with expertise in guest service, outlet management, team leadership, and revenue planning. Prior to this appointment, she served as Manager – Outlets at Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata.
Her professional experience includes roles with hospitality brands such as JW Marriott Kolkata and Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences, where she was involved in restaurant operations, event management, guest engagement, and business development initiatives.
She holds a degree in Sociology from Netaji Subhash Open University and a diploma in Hospitality Travel & Customer Service Management.
In her current position, Das will also contribute to developing dining experiences, supporting guest engagement initiatives, and working with sales and marketing teams on food and beverage offerings for both local diners and MICE and leisure segments.
