A Private New Year’s Retreat at Anantara Santorini Abu Dhabi

Plan an end-of-year celebration at an exclusive retreat in Anantara Santorini Abu Dhabi, where a private sanctuary with 22 rooms awaits your inner circle. Inspired by the coastal resorts of Greece, this property offers a Mediterranean setting on the shores of Ghantoot, conveniently located between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

From December 30, 2025, to January 2, 2026, the retreat will be available for full buyout, offering a personalized venue for your gathering. Each guest will be welcomed with sparkling wine and delicacies upon arrival. A 24-hour butler service and private chefs will ensure that every detail is meticulously attended to. At Anantara Spa, spa therapies combine advanced techniques with time-honoured rituals, providing a perfect balance of relaxation and renewal. A dedicated event planner will be available to design and coordinate your occasion.

Facilities include a Moroccan hammam, Himalayan salt saunas, a cryotherapy plunge pool, a private cinema, a fitness centre, and a cigar lounge. Guests can take part in Arabic perfume workshops, Spice Spoons cooking classes, or mixology sessions, as well as leisure activities such as yoga, glass kayaking, snorkelling, and volleyball. The Royal Santorini Duplex Suite offers additional space and comfort for guests of honour, while the sea-view rooms provide both privacy and community for couples and families.

Dining is designed around your preferences, with three distinct venues: Oia, serving Arabic and Moorish flavours; Thalassa, featuring cuisine from the Greek isles; and Apollo, offering relaxed poolside dining. Guests may also arrange a private, multi-course beachfront dinner curated by the Executive Chef.

As the New Year approaches, the celebration can be tailored in every detail—whether you plan it yourself or work with the resort’s specialists for a customised event.
