APPOINTMENT
Park Hyatt Chennai has announced the appointment of Cruz Jude D’Silva as Rooms Division Manager.
He has over 12 years of extensive experience, having worked across leading international hotel brands and multi-property operations. Cruz brings a wealth of operational expertise and leadership to the role.
Most recently, he served as Rooms Division Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton, Dubai, where he oversaw Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Hygiene, and Safety Operations.
Before that, he was Front Office Manager at Sofitel Abu Dhabi, where he led a team of over 40 associates while maintaining service standards.
His career also includes key roles within Hilton’s cluster properties at Al Seef Heritage Hotel, Canopy by Hilton, and Hampton by Hilton, where he was entrusted with managing multiple hotels simultaneously.
Earlier in his career, Cruz contributed significantly to Jumeirah Zabeel Saray and Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Dubai, earning recognition for guest satisfaction, training excellence, and leadership.
